Combining exercise, breathwork and science, this session prepares you to experience, and maybe even enjoy an ice bath, followed by a recovery sauna.
Leaning into scientific data over spirituality, simple tools & techniques are shared for improving health and performance, giving you a rounded experience of what KALA is about.
You’re also invited to unwind with a pint after at a nearby pub, to process what the hell just happened.

Swim shorts

Flip flops / sandals
Sportswear
