Leaning into science over spirituality, simple tools & techniques are shared on how we can improve our health and performance through breathing correctly, followed by contrast therapy of ice baths & saunas.
You’re also invited to unwind with a pint after at a nearby pub, to process what the hell just happened.
You’ll need to bring:
Swim shorts
Towel
Flip flops / sandals

A class for men of all abilities and flexibilities. Expect a combination of movement and science-backed techniques to help you grow stronger and more limber.
