Using science-backed techniques for improving health & performance, with no cringey spiritual elements, this workshop gives you a rounded experience of what KALA is about.

Leaning into science over spirituality, simple tools & techniques are shared on how we can improve our health and performance through breathing correctly, followed by contrast therapy of ice baths & sauna.

You’re also invited to unwind with a pint after at a nearby pub, to process everything in a social setting.

All you need to bring:

  • Swimwear

  • Towel

  • Flip flops / sandals

And we’ll provide the rest.
