We’ve started a monthly social, for both men and women who want practical, evidence-based tools for feeling and functioning better. No wellness clichés, no spiritual jargon, Just clear, science-led methods you can actually use.

Each session combines ice baths, some exercise, a rooftop sauna and finishing at a nearby pub
