Whether that’s through a cold plunge, a strength & stretch sesh or a weekend off-grid in nature, it’s a social space built for the male community, without the cringe wellness vibe.
Strength & Stretch
The 90min taster session provides an insight into the sessions and workshops we offer. Each class blends strength & mobility work, guided breathwork and presence training, designed to leave you feeling rested and refueled, giving men a space to move and breathe. Simple, practical and energising.
Move, Breathe & Dip
This 3 hour combines movement, breathwork and presence conditioning, preparing you to finish and maybe even enjoy an ice bath. Using science-backed techniques for improving health & performance, with no cringey spiritual elements, this workshop gives you a rounded experience of what KALA is about.
Weekender
Our weekend retreats bring everything together; movement, breathwork, cold exposure and workshops, while offering much more. Set in a secluded forest in England, these retreats are a full digital detox and an escape from city life. With the opportunity to slow down and switch off, it’s a deep reset and a space to socialise with your friends or similar minded lads.
